Confluent and reticulated papillomatosis on the back of a 16 year old patient's neck. This rare condition consists of many small hyperpigmented papules that coalesce to form larger plaques with a net-like (reticulated) pattern. The cause is not known, although antibiotics are successful at treating the condition, so it may be due to a bacterial infection. | |
