The antler moth (Cerapteryx graminis) moth is a member of the family Noctuidae. A single brood usually on the wing from June to September, this moth usually inhabits moorland and grassy places. It is common throughout much of Europe though absent from very dry areas. The larval food plants are a variety of grasses. Photographed in Somerset, UK, in August. | |
