| Mammogram showing high grade ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) of the right breast in a 50 year old patient. The breast tissue is extremely dense which could obscure a lesion on mammography. Right breast laterally exaggerated magnification views revealed a cluster of pleomorphic calcifications 8 cm fr.om nipple. BIRADS Category 5- Findings are highly suggestive of malignancy. | |
