19th century drug advert. This advert,from 1891,is for a kidney and liver cure from the US drug company Warner,founded by the US businessman Hulbert Harrington Warner. Known as "Safe Cure",the drug claimed to treat Bright's disease,urinary disorders,female complaints,general debility,malaria,and other disorders. The advert promotes the worldwide availability of the drug,with the outstretched arms labelled with cities and countries: Germany,Canada,Switzerland,New York,England,Burma,Australia,and Hungary.
